FAQs

How many people can play in one room?

Most of our rooms are designed for 2–6 players, with some games able to accommodate up to 8 people.

For the best experience, we recommend groups of 2–6 so everyone can get involved without feeling crowded.

How long does each game last?

Our escape room experiences are designed to last around 60 minutes from the moment your game begins.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for a short briefing, so you can start on time and enjoy the full experience.

Are the rooms scary?

We offer both horror and non‑horror themes, so you can choose the style that suits your group.

If you don’t enjoy jump scares or intense horror, our team will be happy to recommend a more puzzle‑focused, less frightening room.

Can children play?

Yes, children are welcome in suitable rooms when accompanied by a responsible adult. Some horror or dark themes may not be appropriate for younger players, so please check the room description or contact us if you’re unsure.

Do we need to book in advance?

We strongly recommend booking in advance, especially for evenings, weekends and holidays.

Walk‑ins may be possible if we have free slots, but advance booking guarantees your preferred time and room.

What happens if we arrive late?

If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible so we can advise you.

However, if you arrive 30 minutes or more after your scheduled start time, the booking will be treated as a no‑show and the game will be cancelled with no refund.

Can we reschedule or cancel our booking?

Because our escape rooms are live experiences, we do not offer refunds once a booking is confirmed.

If you contact us at least 48 hours before your game, we can reschedule your booking or issue a voucher of equal value for a future visit.

For changes requested less than 48 hours before your booking, rescheduling or vouchers are not guaranteed and will depend on availability.

How many people can you host for corporate or team‑building events?

We can host up to 23 players at the same time across multiple rooms for corporate and team‑building events.

If you have a larger group or specific timing requirements, please contact us with your group size and preferred date, and we’ll recommend the best schedule and room combination.
